This is coming straight from the United States Patent Office (USPTO). Hollywood, are you now second guessing that partnership with BitTorrent?
Seriously, are you Friggin’ Kidding Me? This is deserving of a major Give Me A Friggin’ Break posting. BitTorrent is about as big of a security risk as Windows XP is a perfectly safe and secure OS. I mean how many security patches does XP currently have since the release date of the OS? The problem and resolution to any perceived “National Security Risk” is as the writer states:
The fault isn’t with the file sharing systems — but with the security policies of government agencies.
Technically Speaking, please put the blame where it needs to be. The old line of the biggest finger pointer is always really needing to point that finger back at one’s self is the truest statement that applies to this official patent office release.
