NCAA and .. wait a minute… and other items!
I think I already talked about this the other day. In fact I know I talked about this. Yup, as I thought I talked about it 3 days ago.
I’ve been really busy with the entire social media person gig, so I do apologize, but I am still very much on top of things here. For instance, that whole AT&T piracy thing that seemed to top everyone’s mind?
Yes, I blogged about that also – probably a full 12 hours before anyone else did. Why didn’t it get on Techmeme? Because I took a more unique spin on it. To be quite honest, it wasn’t very innovative or pushing things ahead. It’s already being done by many companies. My point was to show how lame the big AT&T has become.
Also, one thing I didn’t blog on was the iPhone hoopla. Yes, we know it is coming out on June 29th at 6pm. Now one cool thing I did see was that someone snapped a picture of a “real live” iPhone by an Apple employee on the CalTrain (possible, not totally confirmed!). Now that is news. That is excitement. The above debate about it coming out and when. We know.
Also, this really isn’t any news either. I would hope AT&T subscribers would jump with all this hype. If it doesn’t, maybe they need a better social media person in charge over there? Seriously? Nah, I already worked for them once!
Now this is actually kind of interesting. Gene Simmons of KISS fame is investing in a video site called NGTV. This is described by Stan as “Joost’s Evil Twin”. Quite interesting. Professional evil content. Looks and sounds like a winner to me.
Lastly if anyone is wondering why I didn’t cover the YouTube/CNN thing. I already did. You just have to remember, I am still on top of things. I would just encourage you to pick up my feed if you think that I’m lying to you.
