Respectance is a new social network for the dead. Now does that sound like a joke? It isn’t. This proves a point about social networking; the buzz word. If you start one, or rather call your business one, you are sure to easily get VC funding or angel funding.
Now really, think about this for a minute. It really isn’t a social network, but by calling it one, the VC’s come drooling. Yes, it’s more of a tribute to the dead site. I have nothing against a site that helps us all to remember the people that have passed on. Let’s get one thing straight, unless something drastically changes in reality, there is no social networking going on amongst the dead.
