RESPONSIBILITIES: This position is located in Sunnyvale CA. We are seeking someone
with experience leading both people and a QA initiative. You will build from scratch and provide leadership to a small team of QA Analysts and be the Lead. You will be testing (manually testing) 25%-40% of the time and the balance of your will be spent with reporting, managing the work load, and providing statistical analysis of your team.
This position requires someone with strong analytical skills that is able to drill into business requirements and functional specifications to ensure that user needs are met by implemented change requests. You must be able to design and execute User Acceptance test cases and scripts as a member of a business testing team (user acceptance) as well as execute and review test results, logging defects, escalating issues, and report progress for change requests. Your work will be balanced between: writing business test scripts and cases for UAT, rapid testing, documenting/testing/debugging applications, executing the test scripts according to plan.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or related field of study and/or equivalent experience.
· 4 or more years of test plan development/execution experience
· Experience working with web and/or client server applications
· Testing for internet based and customer facing web applications
· Ability to work on multiple releases simultaneously
· Ability to work with onshore/offshore teams
· Experience with defect tracking tools and procedures
· Working knowledge of Information Technology systems development life cycle
· Working knowledge of financial transactions (a plus)
· Experience with Oracle development and application stack (a plus)
· Experience in working with automated test tools (JMeter, Selenium,and other test tools)
· Ability to articulate to various parties (technical and non-technical) daily
· Effectively utilize communication skills to resolve issues with a diverse group of people
· Interaction will be with internal and external contacts as well as technical and non-technical contacts
· Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a person with a passion and commitment to service excellence to be part of this startup. Our fast-paced, dynamic team environment involves both outbound and inbound customer contact. Ranging from phone to email, the CSR will respond to questions about our programs, assist clients in navigating our website, and initiate calls to research payment issues. Our representatives are the first point of contact with current and future customers and play a key role in our business. Depending on the candidate’s previous experience and abilities, this position could lead to a management role.
Minimum Requirements:
* 3+ years of customer service experience
* Enjoys communicating with customers, has excellent customer relationship skills
* Strong written, verbal and electronic (telephone and email) communication skills
