Online accuracy about China…

I was glad to see that RWW’s man stepped up to the plate to bat another home run. Online accuracy is something that we must all be aware of as bloggers. I read the posts this morning calling for a banning of the Olympics and the burning of Bejing. Ok, the second one was something I made up.

Point being, if someone would run with that and start a “burn Bejing” campaign over something that was reported early to be a bit of a rush to judgment, that would be terrible. At least someone had the right idea. It’s about Online accuracy.

What is China up to? Well here is a story that is far more interesting than any supposed blockage of internet access. It appears that China wants to put the communist party in space.

BEIJING (AP) – China might not have a permanent presence in space yet, but the country’s rocket men are already thinking about setting up a Communist Party branch in the outer reaches.

I think that most of us here in the United Stats have better things to blog about than some rumor about blocked internet access. How about some blogs on how low the dollar is vs. the Euro today? Or how about a supposed trailer park set up for sex offenders? Now that just brought a totally new meaning to trailer park trash!

Technically Speaking, this story here has more interest as it raises the stakes in the bidding wars to come. hoodia
